We interviewed several Broker firms and felt like Matt Wheatley and his team were the right fit for us. Matt was at every showing and became extremely knowledgeable on our custom home that has so much to offer to be able to articulate that to the interested buyers, which was pivotal in selling the house. The entire process with dealing with his team from start to finish was completely headache free and was an actual joy to work with such professionals. Working with Awilda was an absolute joy
Working with Awilda was an absolute joy. She helped us to go under contract on our property in 6 days! I was very hesitant in trying to sell our home in this market but she educated us on the pros and cons and we are so thankful. She is amazing at what she does and she works hard to make sure that her clients get the best deal possible. I have already referred her to my friends and family who are looking to purchase property and I KNOW we will use her to buy our next home. She is a great realtor, but more importantly, she is a wonderful person to work with and her amazing success in this climate is proof.

We are first time home buyers from IL and only had one week to find our home. Awilda was wonderful from the first time I contacted her in the beginning of the year when we were thinking of making the move. When it was time we came down and found a house in a week and are now moved in within a month and a half of first seeing the house! Things could not have gone any better than they did! Awilda Is A Rockstar!
We met Awilda at an open house during a trip to Florida while we were living in Arizona and only mildly considering a move to Florida. She helped us while we were there and continued to look for a house after we went back to Arizona. Then Covid 19 hit and she worked so hard for us. She showed houses to us online until she found the PERFECT one!! We actually bought our house without seeing it in person because we totally trusted Awilda's judgment. She showed it online to us whenever we wanted to see it. She went overboard to make our move from Arizona to Florida as smooth as it could be during the pandemic. Her kindness and professionalism is unparalleled in her industry. I highly recommend Awilda to anyone wanting a wonderful real estate agent!!!

Alison was the best agent I could have hoped for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! Alison quickly answered any question I had, spent tons of time viewing homes with me, and never pressured me into a decision. She was realistic about each home and helped me make an educated offer when I was ready. I especially loved that Alison has experience with horses and farm animals! I was looking for a horse-friendly property, so having an agent that understands the specific requirements of zoning was a huge plus! Part of her sale proceeds also benefit her family's horse rescue, so you save a horse when you buy a house. Definitely reach out to her if you are looking for an amazing agent!
