Kate helped my wife and I purchase our very first home together at the end of December 2020. We had been looking at homes for a few months with no luck. After meeting with Kate, I told her we’d seen a house but we were going out of town- she literally so she did a virtual showing via FaceTime! In a competitive market, she got us our dream home with a pool! She negotiated with the seller every time we had a concern and got us everything we needed. She got on the lender when they weren’t meeting our deadlines. She even helped us unload our moving truck when our closing date got pushed back. I will never understand how we got so lucky with Kate, but I do know she will work non-stop to make your dreams come true.

If you are looking for an agent who is professional, patient, and an expert in her field, look no further than Awilda.
