If you are looking for an agent who is professional, patient, and an expert in her field, look no further than Awilda. She had my property under contract within a week of listing and the sale finalized within 8 weeks despite several issue than came up. Awilda has a calm demeanor that helps so much when things seem to be going haywire. She never seems flustered or upset even when I was very flustered and upset. My husband and I began our home search this past February and couldn’t quite find what we wanted. We reached out to Wheatley Realty who gave us an estimated value of our home and jump started our search. We were introduced to Awilda, which was a true blessing. She was exactly what we needed. Gave advice when we most needed it, kept us updated every step of the way, and managed to keep me calm when things seemed a bit chaotic. We had used another realty company for our previous home purchase and the difference was night and day. She made you feel like you were her only client, even though you knew she had several others she was helping as well. She was the total package and more!! We could not have been happier with this experience and we highly recommend her, as well as Matt with Wheatley Realty. We had shopped around for lenders during this process. We ended up with their suggested lender Success Mortgage who was amazing. They managed to keep us updated along the way and close on time. Everything seemed to fall in place with Awilda’s help, including the day of closing. One hour before closing our truck would not start. Awilda had dropped by to help us load up a few lingering items that didn’t fit in the truck AND jump start our vehicle to get us there on time!!!!
