Mark Daker is the sharpest, most diligent, personable realtor
We sold our home in June 2022 and Mark represented us in our sale. Mark brought us so much information about the market and the comps in our area at our first meeting before we had hired him so we were beyond prepared. This was our first impression of him and we were very impressed. Mark is also very candid and honest and never led us astray. He told us exactly what would be most beneficial and easy for us in preparing our home to go on the market and he asked us how we would like to push forward when it came time to receiving offers. Mark took away most of our stress and he was so timely and diligent in all the work he did at all times. He also provided us services to make our house beautifully marketable for the listing and we found this to be thoughtful and appreciate him greatly for this. When it came to offers, he was direct with us and always offered us the bottom line which really made the process so smooth and easy for us. I never once felt mislead, confused or lost in the process. Mark was always available to us whenever we had any questions. If we had not moved out of AZ, he would be the realtor helping us buy another home right now. I would recommend Mark to anyone and everyone to buy or sell their home. We miss you Mark! Thanks for everything you did for our family.

Great Experience
Mark's knowledge of the Phoenix metro is unparalleled. Since I am an Arizona transplant, this knowledge was pivotal. He laid out the good areas to look for – neighborhoods that are close to amenities, highways, and schools. Moreover, Mark's ability to craft a great deal, follow up, and follow through is the reason we are where we are today. We will be using him again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Daker and Dan Mullarkey over the course of several years as I searched for a new home for my growing family. At one point I had given up and after not speaking with either of them for a couple of years I called up Mark to put an offer on a house I saw come available. Mark happened to be on vacation and Dan didn't skip a beat to get the offer submitted. These two are super laid back, not pushy on sales or forcing you into a purchase that isn't right. I looked at dozens of homes with the both of them and never once did I feel like my persistence was unwelcome. They were very patient with us during the hunt for a new home. I strongly recommend these guys. Really can't speak highly enough of them. Thanks for making it easy!

Wonderful Buying Experience
We made a cross country move and initiated the home buying process remotely. Mark took the time to understand our needs and provide valuable insight on the many Phoenix suburbs and the vastly different living experiences each offered. We received regular reports on the market conditions, daily emails & notifications of new listings meeting our requirements/budget, and regular check-ins from Mark personally. Going above and beyond, anytime we expressed interest in a property, Mark visited the home and documented the tour via video for us to review. He also dedicated a full weekend to tour homes when we came to town. Once we decided on a home to purchase, the entire buying experience was seamless. Mark supervised the home inspections, attended the closing and completed the final home walk through on our behalf. Again, going above and beyond, Mark connected us with a several local vendors (ie plumber, housekeeper..) and even coordinated/oversaw post-purchase home renovations (carpet removal & new flooring installation) prior to our move-in date. Our experience easily exceeded expectations, we would welcome the opportunity to work with Mark again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Amazing customer service
Mark Daker made our experience very enjoyable. He was always available for any questions, and he always kept us informed of all the happenings in the market. Selling a home is a rollercoaster of emotions but Mark always kept us at ease. We are incredibly thankful for his guidance during the selling process. We highly recommend him!
