Gail went far above and beyond with getting me and my Wife into a home. Her personal touch, her down to earth personality and treating us like family was absolutely incredible. We absolutely had no hiccups with the entire process. Gail also worked with us when we had to leave out of country back to our country to take care of family issues. I found Mark by doing an inquiry on Zillow. Boy did I get lucky! He is the best real estate professional for what I needed. He was incredibly kind, patient, and really cared about me and my son as his clients, not just another number for his paycheck. He very fairly gave all the pros and cons of a property and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with what steps we were taking in the process.
