Dan’s experience, knowledge and attention to the avalanch of details necessary in the current market made our sale go shockingly smooth! All negotiations with Buyers went fairly quickly and without any problems. We were out-of-town sellers mostly and had many many small repairs necessary. Plus we are elderly ladies and not capable of much. Dan secured for us various qualified repair people, movers and a cleaning person. All performed perfectly. Dan also was on hand for photos, repairs and moving day and also was super easy to reach even when he was on holiday. We are truly grateful to Dan for providing such amazing service. We know whereof we speak as we have sold approximately 20 properties over the years!

Dan helped us both buy and sell back in 2014. We were very picky and he was extremely patient with us throughout almost a year of us looking for houses.
