Mark is simply the best realtor of which we have ever been involved. He was always very responsive and went "the extra mile" on several occasions. One example of this was when we casually mentioned a home which we had looked at previously and now appeared to be off the market. Without any prompting from us, he did all the "leg work" regarding that home. He was always looking out for our best interest. After dealing with multiple realtors and being disappointed by their lack of communication or inability to understand my needs, I hired Brian Anderson to help me sell my house. He was extremely professional and sold my house in record time. held several open houses on weekends.developed very good stats re;selling prices in area.returned phone calls promptly.attended closings.represented us on the purchase of new home.terry continues to follow up on problems with new home builder on our behalf.this was a somewhat difficult experience for my wife and i at our age.Terry Huntingford was with us at each phase of the project.We highly recommend her.

Dan has been our realtor for several years now. He is savy, articulate, and quick to respond with extreme expertise in his field. Our most recent deal was selling our family home. Emotions and stress levels were very high, Dan was able to handle the situation with kit gloves. Our home had a solid offer within 15 days of being on the market. When our sale hit several bumps during closing he was quick to gather information, comps, and have quality vendors complete needed repairs timely to keep our sale on track for closing. In the end we were able to sell our home to a family who paid over appraisal value. We definitely recommend Dan to anyone!
