I was referred to Mark by a friend. Mark was my eyes and feet on the ground. He handled every step of a condo purchase in Scottsdale while I was in Seattle. He was very helpful guiding me through Arizona requirements. He gave good advice as to when he thought we could negotiate a better price. He was communicating all the details to me and executing all of my decisions. He picked me up when I flew into Phoenix to inspect the unit. In summary, he made the whole process smooth and pain free. I will definitely use him again when I purchase in the Phoenix market.
