We had a wonderful experience working with Guru as our realtor in our first home purchase. He is very detail oriented and guided us in every possible way with regards to all our questions concerning the locality of purchase, builder credibility, the upgrades needed for the house, closing costs, loan etc and hand held us in the process till the end.
