In a seller’s market with limited number of houses for sale and prices of increasing because of demand, Christie Devine was able to find us a house at a very good price after putting in a few weeks of looking continuously. She worked hard all the way to closing day. What I liked most was how she worked just as hard once we signed the contract on the house until we closed. She set up inspections, renegotiated sale price, etc. I would highly recommend her if you are looking at selling or purchasing a home.
