Ashley Reynolds was born and raised in Lexington, Ky. She later moved to Versailles after meeting her husband, a Woodford County native. In 2005 she moved to Harrodsburg, Ky where she raised her 2 sons and a daughter. She attended BCTC where she earned her associate degree in nursing. After her children graduated high school, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sitting on the beach or by the pool. She also helps her husband around the farm where they raise cattle.
Being from Fayette County and living in both Woodford and Mercer Counties, she specializes in these areas and all the surrounding counties. She is ready to help with all your home buying and selling needs, whether youâre looking to purchase your first home or upgrade to a bigger home for your growing family.

Ekambaram (Eka) is a resident of Mercer County and works as a teacher in Mercer County Senior High School. Ekambaram is naturally friendly, easy going, and has a wonderful relationship with his students, parents, and the community. Although he is new to real estate, he is excited for his new career and ready to help our community and the younger generation to find their dream home. Excellent communicator with strong motivation to sell your house!
Johannah Cheek made the process of selling our house a breeze. She is an EXCELLENT communicator. Throughout the entire process she kept my husband and I up to date and was quick to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She was readily available for a text conversation or a conversation over the phone. At closing, JoHannah was complimented by the buyers agent for how lovely she was to work with and how easy she was to get a hold of. My husband and I are so grateful to JoHannah for selling our house and starting a friendship along the way!

Christie Welch is an outstanding, professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker/Agent. She is an excellent communicator. Christie listed my house on June 1, was under contract on June 3 and closed on June 30. I could not have asked for more from Christie. She is a top notch person. Excellent agent
Our 1st time selling a home, JoHannah was exactly what we needed. She worked very hard for us. She kept us active the market and did multiple open houses to keep us on everyoneâs list!
