Mariah was easy to work with and was not jaded, pessimistic or overbearing with opinions or stories of past experiences or sales, my family was looking for something that is pretty hard to find for a competitive price, it was going to be in rough condition and as long as the intial offer landed in a good range (it did) -the likelihood of the sale falling through was more resting on the shoulders of the lender, seller or the appraisal than it would've been on us. Speaking to multiple agents will quickly teach you that the majority just want you to buy that new construction on a .25 acre lot with the FHA and the ipad equipped refrigerator -and we likely would've given up on our dream had we seen just a few more treat us like it was a joke. Luckily Mariah didn't work like that, she let the process and the parties involved do the work and just gave us what we needed to know where and when we needed to know it, God bless.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. He has a great personality and is so patient. We looked at so many houses together he probably broke his record of how many he's shown before someone buys one. He was awesome in communicating with me along with being flexible to work with my crazy schedule to find times to tour houses. He did an amazing job with advising me through the entire process and I feel like he always had my best interest in mind.
