Franklin has worked with me for several years! He was very kind and responsive and helpful through my very long process of finding the right home!

Frank was a pleasure to work with. He has a great personality and is so patient. We looked at so many houses together he probably broke his record of how many he's shown before someone buys one. He was awesome in communicating with me along with being flexible to work with my crazy schedule to find times to tour houses. He did an amazing job with advising me through the entire process and I feel like he always had my best interest in mind. Frank has the type of personality that feels like a friend and in this market you definitely need one.

I’ve known of Franklin for some time but never had the opportunity to use him in a professional manner until now. We chose Franklin based off his reputation in the local area and based off my instinct of his character being around him and his family for bball practices and games. We are a multi generational family who has very unique wants and needs. Franklin listens, he doesn't try to sell you on things that aren't a fit for you. He quietly shows the house and let's the house sell itself. He has been in the business for a long time and is established within the community. He "knows a guy" to help with any of your extra needs. He is a strong Christian man with strong moral character. That was important to us as this was our first home purchase and we placed allot of trust in him. I had allot of questions and made allot of phone calls to him. I was a little bit impatient at times and Franklin handled me and my family with grace and patience, always returning my phone calls or returning them quickly. He fought hard for us to get a new roof on my home, that was a huge win for us. My only complaint was that upon closing, there was something missing in the contract that I had assumed would be there. At that point, it was too late to adjust things. I am hoping it will not be an issue. With that being said, Franklin Harp is who I will be going to for any and all of my real estate needs. I would recommend him to anyone. I am blessed to have had him as our middle man throughout this process. Also that he and his family i are now new friends of our new community.
