Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! We were buying long distance so Margaret had to facilitate communication between parties (title company, other agent, inspector) and us to help make a smooth transition. She was extremely competent, professional, and patient. Our worries were lessened with Margaret looking out for us. She was knowledgeable about the market prices and negotiated a good deal for us. We would most definitely use her again in the future and heartily recommend her to others seeking to buy or sell in the central Florida region.

Brandi Ferrone, sold my house in under 48 hours of listing. Hardly surprising considering, she showcased the property beautifully and produced a very useful take away brochure for potential buyers. Her ability to communicate with buyers and ourselves as sellers was outstanding. Brandi's knowledge of the market of the buying requirements and of the sale process made selling our home stress free. Kristyn and her associate Michael worked very dilligently and professionally to sell my mobile home for the best price possible for over a year having. They had open houses on a regular basis and handled the many small inconveniences of not having me available in Florida during the whole time. Unfortunately we had to contually had to lower the asking price in consideration of the lot rent I had to continue to pay while not even living in the home the entire time. Then additional problems unknown until a firm buyer was found that forced me to make further price concessions to get the home sold which could of be avoided had we sold it almost a year earllier. Overall they did an excellent job of managing the process to a final sale at a price lower than expected to finally remove the waste of lot rent being paid on a home I was not using. I thank her at Mike for finally realizing it was the best course of action.
