Kristy knew the market well, she knew exactly what kind of buyer we should be looking for for our house and the right asking price for it. She did a great job of vetting buyers and helping us identify the best option. I think the entire process from her coming in and taking photos to closing was less than 4 weeks. There was good communication throughout the process, and she was able to get everything done around my work schedule, which was very helpful.
