Julie has enough experience to make deals go through even when the other realtor may not know how to make it happen. She helped our buyer qualify for assistance with closing costs, saving the deal where the buyers realtor didn't know how to do this. She understands our needs and has demonstrated creativity in getting the deals done.

Barry's knowledge of the real estate market was extremely valuable, especially in the Longwood area.
