Communications is key and Solveig is always available to answer your questions in a thorough and professional manner. Extremely knowledgeable of the area market and she uses this to her and your advantage in marketing your property. She thinks outside of the box, which sets her aside from other agents. She’ll utilize impactful wording to attract buyers attention when describing your property. A major plus for Solveig, is that she quickly follows up with other agents that may have shown the listing to see how the home viewing went in comparison to other competing listings. She will take the follow-up info and use it to the sellers advantage, by utilizing the follow-up info to change or enhance your home listing.
