She helped our buyer qualify for assistance with closing costs, saving the deal where the buyers realtor didn't know how to do this. She understands our needs and has demonstrated creativity in getting the deals done.

Julie was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our home. Before moving to our new home, we lived an hour and 45 minutes away. I was unable to attend many of the inspections and survey where Julie assisted me by attending in my place. She was very knowledgeable with the VA Loan process which I had used.
