The Real Estate Agent Everyone Wishes They Had

Working with our real estate agent, Sherri, was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had previously worked with another LV agent and Sherri came highly recommended by a local acquaintance. Sherri was the cool, calm professional we needed. Nothing seemed to scare her-- except a few home interior choices. Sherri's patience, honesty, and dedication were evident throughout our home search, especially as she coordinated multiple marathon property viewings and helped us carefully evaluate each opportunity. Since we were from out of state, we tried to pack as many viewings as we could during our short visits. Sherri was happy to go at our pace and didn't make us feel rushed. Her communication and attention to detail made the entire process efficient and relatively stress-free. Sherri came with a rolodex of inspectors, contractors and other home repair professionals. We truly appreciated her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping us find the perfect home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a home.

Great experience with Realtor Sherri Simhayoff-Cohen!

Sherri Simhayoff-Cohen helped us with the sale of our mom's property at Quail Estates (a senior community) there in Las Vegas. Even after our mom relocated to San Diego, Sherri kept in constant communication with us every step of the way! Sherri maintained a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. When minor issues came about, Sherri didn't hesitate to provide us support and a resolution. Although our family circumstances were challenging for us, we are thankful for Sherri. She made this experience a lot less daunting and we couldn't be happier with her results!

Excellent agent

Sherri was always professional in her interactions. She is very knowledgable about the market, but also about quality repair people when we had to make repairs after our inspection. She handled all the details making the process as easy for me as possible.

Very knowledgeable

Sherri took her time and explained things in a manner that made it very easy to understand and made the whole process of selling the home worry free. She was recommended highly from another agent that helped with a Reverse Mortgage and I was very satisfied with how Sherri made suggestions and kept me informed of each step of the process of selling the home. I would strongly recommend her as an agent to anyone that might be selling their home in the near future.

Fantastic Service

Sherri went over and above to help us close on the house. We had a lease with SunRun for the solar panels that took some work to get the transfer accomplished. Sherri was there every step to help facilitate this Presale: she gave us good advice about getting the house ready to sell.

Being nervous and stressing out were strong feelings during the beginning of this process. Brenda did an amazing job guiding us through the entire was. She was open to any and all questions.
