This was our second time working with Susan. This was our first time selling, so Susan really helped us and guided us through all the steps. We really appreciated her knowledge.

Well informed agent
Susan is very knowledgeable of the area and changes that have been made in the process of selling and buying homes. She was very attentative and kept us informed as we went thru selling one home and buying another. Highly recommend Susan if your looking for an agent especially in the Brookwood High School area.

Anxiety, frustration, sleepless nights and finally success.
Selling and buying a home in 2022 was the most stressful experience I have gone through in many years. The last time I sold and bought a home was in 1998 - 99 which was a breeze. Susan because of her encouragement, patience and certainly knowledge of all the new governmental rules and regulations didn’t completely remove the stress but certainly did make the entire process more tolerable. I will certainly recommend Susan to any one I may know looking for an agent.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!
I just want to give a huge thanks to Renita! She did an amazing job of selling my home! Not only did she help sell my house she fought long and hard for 3 months to get me in my new home!! Never once complained! Very responsive and always get me updated with what was going on behind the scenes! I will definitely be using her again in the future with my real estate needs!!

My Chosen realtor, Renita Brown was attentive, professional and ethically sound. She was genuine, personable, knowledgable, attentive. When she was not sure about something she would say so, find out and get back to me quickly. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. Unfortunately, I missed the real estate market at its peak by two weeks. Yet, Renita assured me she would get it sold and that she did within the time frame she said she would. Excellent Experience
Upon meeting Susan for the first time, we knew she would be a perfect match for us. Susan was extremely personable, very knowledgeable of the area/market and confident that she could sell our home.
