Selling and buying a home in 2022 was the most stressful experience I have gone through in many years. The last time I sold and bought a home was in 1998 - 99 which was a breeze. Susan because of her encouragement, patience and certainly knowledge of all the new governmental rules and regulations didn’t completely remove the stress but certainly did make the entire process more tolerable.
