Karen is great. She’s very detail oriented. She put little decorations in the house before open house, making the spots very attractive. She’s also flexible accommodating my decision. She’s knowledgeable, explaining the offers item by item. Our house was under contract within a week since it’s on the market. Definitely recommend her!
