Susan did a great job helping us sell our house and buy our new home. Her knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and the market allowed us to sell our house quickly. Working with her made the closing easy and we would recommend her to everyone looking to sell or buy their next house. She was always available to answer questions and made the whole process less stressful.

We first worked with Ginger in 2020. We were first time home buyers and intimidated by the process. Ginger connected us with a great mortgage lender and patiently answered any of our questions along the way. Because of her quick response we were able to purchase the home we wanted. At the beginning of this year we decided to sell our home. I reached out to Ginger with my goals/plans. She put a plan to together and accomplished everything we needed. Our house sold for thousands more than we thought it would. I highly recommend using Ginger as your real estate agent.

Jennifer is very experienced in the real estate market, she explained her strategy for selling my house, she was a fantastic negotiator on my behalf, and she had my best interests as her top priority throughout the entire marketing, sale, and closing process. And, she communicated with me every step of the way. Jennifer is my Atlanta real estate agent for life!!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason. He and his team were wonderful to work with. I will never use anyone else to help me buy or sell a home. He sold my home in one day! Extremely professional and wonderful to work with!

I purchased a lake home this year with the help of Susan. Needless to say I needed to speak to her almost everyday, as I had so many questions to ask her. She was so kind to pick up my phone calls every single time. In fact she even picked up my call during her daughters wedding! Professionals aren't bound by a time clock, and always puts the customers needs first, Susan is a true professional! I will always remember the excellent job she did! Thank you Susan for a job well done!

A big shout out to one of my long time friends, Susan Morrison Thompson, my agent for the sale of my house. Susan and I go all the way back to 1980, when we worked together at Rich’s. She was such a huge help getting my house sold. Of course, she had to do a little prodding at times to make sure I had completed paperwork…??. Everything went as seamless as it could. That happens when you use a great lender and attorney!! Look forward to her helping me in a few months, to locate and buy a house down here near Pensacola!! If you are looking to buy or sell, give Susan a call! Thanks again Susan!!!

It was a pleasure working with Damaun. His understanding of the market ensured that we appropriately priced our former home. Damaun also did a great job explaining and managing the process from beginning to end.

I think this sale was executed very well!

Damaun went above and beyond in helping us buy our home, and then 2 years later sell it when we moved out of state. He organized our purchase and sale while we were out of the country-helping us find a POA both times and organizing all the small details. He has a great knowledge of the area, and a great eye for a good investment. When selling the house he knew the perfect timing for listing, showings, and best ways to show so that the house looked its best and got the most views. He employs a professional photographer so that the listing looks the way it should. With all his experience and knowledge, he was also easy to work with and enjoyable to spend the hours of searching and working together. He truly had our best interest at heart and did all he could to help us in our purchase and sale. Two great experiences with Damaun!!

We sought out Susan Morrison Thompson, because of her work with others who had success with her skill and knowledge of the market and our neighborhood. From the first meeting we had, to discuss the marketing and pricing to the meeting at the closing table, we knew we had the BEST agent to represent our sale. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Susan was ALWAYS accessible. Based on our experience, we have already recommended Susan to a prospective seller, and without reservation, recommend that if you are looking for the best agent to assist with your home sale, Susan would be the that person!
