Susan was very professional and personable during my search for my new home. She was always willing to take me to see houses I was interested in. Once I had a house under contract, she would follow up with different requests and kept me informed during the process.

Kimberly is the best!
Kimberly is a phenomenal agent! My husband and I have a 5- year history with Kimberly. We first met her when we moved to Georgia back in 2016. The apartment we planned to move into was unsuitable for habitation. We were moving from Rochester, NY to Georgia. We had a U-haul truck and a SUV full of stuff, but had nowhere to go. We connected with Kimberly and she worked diligently to help us. We were renting a house within a week. Her knowledge of the market is impressive and she advocates for her clients fervently. Kimberly consistently communicates when new information or updates are available. After 2 years of renting, she helped us find our first house, and three years later, she helped us sell our first house. Kimberly worked hard to help us get the best offer on our house. She even gave us tips on what we could do to help our house sell quickly. We had well over 30 offers on the house and she was patient enough to explain the difference between them, which offers were best, and why those specific offers were the best. Kimberly’s work is effective and efficient. She is a great asset! When we are ready to buy another house, we will certainly retain Kimberly again!

Consistent and knowledgable
Kimberly was always available and stayed in contact us every step of the way. I never went a minute without a question answered. She was more than willing to help us sell our home, pack, mover anything we needed, she was ready. My home sale was as important to her as a million dollar home. She was our advocate and a source of strength during a stressful time.

Susan was instrumental in getting potential buyers to visit our home and within 10 days we had an offer from a creditable buyer that ended up purchasing out home. We were able to get more than our asking price and things worked like clockwork from start to finish. Susan went above and beyond our expectation of what we were hoping for and I am very satisfied how everything turned out.

Working with Susan was a wonderful experience. She was our buyers agent when we purchased our new home and also our agent when we sold our old one. Following her advice, we invested some time and money in the old house that resulted in a quick sale (4 days on the market) and a sale well over asking price.
