So much I could say about Damaun and his approach. He wanted to do things our way which was his way too. We saw eye to eye from the jump. Willing to help to make maximum profit. Damaun is knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. It’s sad I’ll never live in the area again because I would absolutely use him again over and over.

Kimberly helped us buy our first house in Georgia, so we turned to her immediately when we decided to move closer to our children in SC. She expertly advised us what we could do to make our home show better, and she marketed our home effectively. Her professionalism and prior experience really came through when we hit snags in the negotiation process. She made it possible to close on the schedule that we needed in order to buy our next house.

Susan is amazing!!! She went out of her way to handle every little detail snd bump in the road. Her knowledge and attention to detail were unreal. She made the process from listing to closing easy. Not to mention she made sure I got the best possible offer for my house. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I am so thankful I had her to walk me through this journey. I could not imagine using another realtor!

Kim made sure that during my entire experience with sell of my house, I was kept informed on everything that was going on.

Susan was very professional and personable during my search for my new home. She was always willing to take me to see houses I was interested in. Once I had a house under contract, she would follow up with different requests and kept me informed during the process.

Kimberly is a phenomenal agent! My husband and I have a 5- year history with Kimberly. We first met her when we moved to Georgia back in 2016. The apartment we planned to move into was unsuitable for habitation. We were moving from Rochester, NY to Georgia. We had a U-haul truck and a SUV full of stuff, but had nowhere to go. We connected with Kimberly and she worked diligently to help us. We were renting a house within a week. Her knowledge of the market is impressive and she advocates for her clients fervently. Kimberly consistently communicates when new information or updates are available. After 2 years of renting, she helped us find our first house, and three years later, she helped us sell our first house. Kimberly worked hard to help us get the best offer on our house. She even gave us tips on what we could do to help our house sell quickly. We had well over 30 offers on the house and she was patient enough to explain the difference between them, which offers were best, and why those specific offers were the best. Kimberly’s work is effective and efficient. She is a great asset! When we are ready to buy another house, we will certainly retain Kimberly again!

Kimberly was always available and stayed in contact us every step of the way. I never went a minute without a question answered. She was more than willing to help us sell our home, pack, mover anything we needed, she was ready. My home sale was as important to her as a million dollar home. She was our advocate and a source of strength during a stressful time.

Susan was instrumental in getting potential buyers to visit our home and within 10 days we had an offer from a creditable buyer that ended up purchasing out home. We were able to get more than our asking price and things worked like clockwork from start to finish. Susan went above and beyond our expectation of what we were hoping for and I am very satisfied how everything turned out.

We have purchased 2 properties with Jennifer previously, and lately sold one with her. When there’s another opportunity to sell or purchase, the ONLY ONE we will contact is Jennifer. We recommend her highly to anyone who wants to sell or purchase properties in Atlanta area.
