Geema was referred to us by very picky friends who gave her rave reviews. Geema was very knowledgeable about the local markets was quick to send us houses that just came on the market in our price range and area of interest. She was very helpful in explaining the current market situation in Athens, which is pretty bonkers with low inventory, high prices, and lots of frustrated buyers. In such a trying time, Geema came through with great advice on how to decide if we wanted to bid on a house, and how to win that sale process, and how to manage our expectations on timing and cost. She was responsive and patient, never getting stressed out or impatient with her stressed-out clients :). She is a master of process and writing contracts to buy houses. I can only imagine that she is great on the sell-side, as well!
