From the beginning Ariel was on top of things. From making calls to the seller, locking it into contract, negotiating, and closing. Karen is great. She’s very detail oriented. She put little decorations in the house before open house, making the spots very attractive. She’s also flexible accommodating my decision. She’s knowledgeable, explaining the offers item by item. Our house was under contract within a week since it’s on the market. Definitely recommend her!

Great job she did. Karen always tells me anything I have to pay attention, very helpful to me as a first time buyer , she always being very patient about any questions I had. Even after the purchase , anytime I talked with her , she would respond , also a lot of my friends had her before.
