I moved from south Florida to Georgia looking to purchase my first home. Kim was with me every step of the way. She reached out to me in Florida and started making plans right away. She was incredibly patient with me - considering I changed my preferences in price ranges, locations, and house styles many times over. She occassionally took a step back to let me process everything and handle things at my own pace. She also knew when to step in and give me a reality check before I made any decisions she knew were not in my best interest. When it was all over, she found an amazing house for a great price in a wonderful neighborhood. I really couldn't ask for much more and I am very happy with my First Home. Kim started off as my realtor and now she is my friend :)

Danielle is amazing!! My husband and I just closed on our first home with the help of Danielle and I wouldn't want to have done the process without her. She was extremely knowledgeable, she gave us her honest opinion, and let us have the freedom to make our own. We also were under contract with two homes before the one we bought, and Danielle was rockstar with the small details of every contract. She was prompt, quick to respond, and always willing to answer questions. She also affirmed us in stepping away from the houses that we had contracts with, but allowed us the freedom to make that decision on our own. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone. I am sad that we are done working with her for the time being. When we sell, we are absolutely using Danielle.

Kim's market knowledge was quite good and that is one of the reasons we went with her. We were disappointed in some of the painter and handy men she used. One was uninsured and it cost us about $1500. I don't feel Kimberly was as aggressive in showing the house. She only attended one of our open houses. I also felt Kimberly didn't do us any favors when negotiating our closing.

We worked with Kim during a company relocation from Pittsburgh to Atlanta. She was very patient in letting us see homes in a wide radius and helping to find exactly what we were looking for. She helped through negotiations from start to finish and ensuring that everything was up to par with our purchase and inspections, as well as keeping the selling party involved and holding them accountable. We closed around 9 months ago and she is still more than helpful and responsive when we have encountered any kind of issue or roadblock and we couldn't be happier to have gotten to know her. She even has connected us with contractors, etc. in the area when we've needed different things done. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased several home over the last 20 years. I have had a few unresponsive agents, and that does not sit well with me. Susan was the most responsive agent I have ever had. Whether it was a text or email, it was responded to immediately. If a phone call was made, she picked up everytime, never sent to voicemail. She was involved from everything from the inspection to the closing. Even during the "quiet times" between the lender getting everything ready and closing date, she checks in to make sure all is ok. Very responsive and involved, wish all agents were like Susan
