Kim's market knowledge was quite good and that is one of the reasons we went with her. We were disappointed in some of the painter and handy men she used. One was uninsured and it cost us about $1500. I don't feel Kimberly was as aggressive in showing the house. She only attended one of our open houses. I also felt Kimberly didn't do us any favors when negotiating our closing.

I have purchased several home over the last 20 years. I have had a few unresponsive agents, and that does not sit well with me. Susan was the most responsive agent I have ever had. Whether it was a text or email, it was responded to immediately. If a phone call was made, she picked up everytime, never sent to voicemail. She was involved from everything from the inspection to the closing. Even during the "quiet times" between the lender getting everything ready and closing date, she checks in to make sure all is ok.
