I recently relocated from New Mexico to Georgia. Ruby was recommended to me by a coworker and I am eternally grateful for the referral. Ruby exceeded my expectations as a Real Estate professional at every turn. She patiently educated me on all aspects of buying real estate in Georgia. After spending some time with me to understand what my family's needs were, she put together a selection of properties that she felt were good fits for us. She was extremely patient as we toured each of the properties. She pointed out things that she found concerning, things that I might have looked over or thought unimportant. After spending a few days with her, I felt more confident and educated as a home buyer. When I had a question, she had an informed answer ready. If it was something that she wasn't aware of, she was able to quickly track down information that we could trust. When it came time to make an offer, she quickly turned around all relevant paperwork so that I did not lose out on the time I had set aside for finding my new home. She is personable, professional and someone that you can trust. I only wish that I could give her 6 stars, because 5 is too few. She was quick to respond, easy to work with and always had our best interest in mind when talking with the builder's agent, contractors, etc. She was there every step of the way from picking out the lot we chose, monthly meetings with the contractor/builder and our closing day! I first met Susan when I interviewed her for a prior listing. I found her to be very knowledgeable, self assured and professional. She never mentioned at the time that she had a potential buyer in mind (I have heard that line before) but she sold the house within two hours. The most recent sale was quite a bit more complicated. She was absolutely on top of everything and made sure that the sale went through. She has a "take charge" personality and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. The house sold in a day.

This was our first time buying a home and Susan made it such an enjoyable experience. She had answers to all of our questions and gave us tons of helpful information along the way about things we would have otherwise never even considered. We are very picky and that didn't phase her at all. Rather, each house we saw helped her get a better idea of what we wanted and that eventually led to her helping us find the perfect fit. She made herself available at a moment's notice numerous times to set up showings and be there with us. She was always quick to respond to any communication, and simply made every step of the process a breeze. Susan recommended a fantastic inspector and lender that we will be recommending to our friends and family along with her. We won't hesitate to come back to her when we are ready to move again, but we don't expect that to be for a long time since we found such a perfect house!
