This was our first time buying a home and Susan made it such an enjoyable experience. She had answers to all of our questions and gave us tons of helpful information along the way about things we would have otherwise never even considered. We are very picky and that didn't phase her at all. Rather, each house we saw helped her get a better idea of what we wanted and that eventually led to her helping us find the perfect fit. She made herself available at a moment's notice numerous times to set up showings and be there with us. She was always quick to respond to any communication, and simply made every step of the process a breeze. Susan recommended a fantastic inspector and lender that we will be recommending to our friends and family along with her. We won't hesitate to come back to her when we are ready to move again, but we don't expect that to be for a long time since we found such a perfect house!
