I first met Susan when I interviewed her for a prior listing. I found her to be very knowledgeable, self assured and professional. She never mentioned at the time that she had a potential buyer in mind (I have heard that line before) but she sold the house within two hours. The most recent sale was quite a bit more complicated. She was absolutely on top of everything and made sure that the sale went through. She has a "take charge" personality and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. The house sold in a day.

This was our first time buying a home and Susan made it such an enjoyable experience.
