Resourceful and Seamless Transaction
First met Beata on the purchase of a Commercial property. Although she represented the seller of the property, we were able to recognize her professional abilities and streamlined approach. When it came time to list our Residential property for sale, Beata was our first choice! She displays a vast array of market knowledge, resources, and follow thru that is simply impeccable. Communication between both parties from inspections to the closing table were on point and on time. It was truly a joy to have a seamless transaction from start to finish.
