Whether buying or selling this is the only team you should count on There is no one in the greater Orlando area that I would work with other than Kyle. When doing our research on realtors in the area he stood out in the interview process and then followed that up with amazing knowledge and service. She is up to date on what’s going on in the real estate market; was able to recommend a listing price that generated interest, resulting in a quick sale. She is an effective communicator, who explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. She kept me informed every step of the way, and included me in every decision that had to be made. She carried herself in a professional manner, and was always on time for appointments. She represents her agency very well!

I worked with Kyle in the summer of 2021 when he helped me sell our rental home. From the moment the tenants moved out, Kyle was ready with a plan to walk the property, identify any areas that needed attention, and get the house on the market. His responsiveness and efficiency during this time ensured that our property would hit the market as quickly as possible, which was critical during the last weeks of summer before school started. Kyle provided a thorough market analysis and his recommendation on price was spot on. He listed the property slightly above what the market was showing and was still able to get an offer on the property within the first three days of listing. The property hit the market on Thursday and we had an offer by Saturday evening. Much of this was thanks to him taking time out of his Saturday to host an open house where the buyers were able to visit the home and decide to purchase. Kyle was truly a pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient answering text messages and calls, and really had his finger on the pulse of the market. There are not words to describe how easy Kyle made the home buying process for a couple of first time homeowners! We started out with absolutely no knowledge, and feeling completely overwhelmed, and Kyle made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He was patient with us and was always willing to answer our questions- no matter the time of day. In this extremely competitive market, thanks to Kyle we beat out 13 other offers! We had a VA loan, and hit a few snags along the way, and thanks to Kyle's vast knowledge and skills in Real Estate, we were able to successfully and smoothly close on our home.
