He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Orlando area, very responsive to our many questions, and very generous with his time. He is full service as an agent, starting from our initial conversations about what we wanted in our new home and ending with his help at the final walk-through before we closed. He was also very helpful with things like choosing upgrades for our house (it was new construction) and navigating the various forms and paperwork as we prepared for closing. She is up to date on what’s going on in the real estate market; was able to recommend a listing price that generated interest, resulting in a quick sale.
