This was the 4th Family home buy/sell that Susan and Michelle helped us with. We just came out of a difficult family situation for this Estate sale. I never recommend but Zaina deserves the recognition. I was nervous and skeptical to working with a Realtor. A Neighbor recommended Zaina. But almost went went with a online company that is a rip-off. I was sold on quick and hassle free sale. It was anything but quick, easy or hassle free. They are the typical sales company. Do your research they will undercut you by 30%. Complicate things, over charge for repairs. Stay away from online and go with Zaina. Zaina sold with no complication, easy and quickly. Not to mention she make it easy and easy to understand through out the process. Very professional and honest. She knows her industry.

Susan was very professional and knowledgeable about the sales in my area. She discussed with me what needed to be done to make my house show better and easier to sale. She had great professional pictures made to show the house on her advertisement. I received a contract very soon and she gave great advice during the negotiations for the contract and was very helpful during the period before closing. We saw the house in Mount Dora on Zillow and contacted Kay directly. My husband met with her and decided to purchase the home. Kay went over the contract carefully with my husband and my self and explained everything in detail. She made sure we had all of our questions answered as soon as we asked them. She kept in contact even after closing to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. This home purchase was a great experience.
