I have known Gabriella for 20 years, our children grew up together and we became fast friends. However, selling my current house is the first time I used Gabriella as my real estate broker. The reason I chose her this time is because I was seeking confirmation that my rights as a buyer and seller were being protected during the sale of my last home and purchase of the home I just listed. Luckily for us, we had multiple offers on the home. Gabriella sat with us and walked us through all the offers, showing us the pros/cons of each to help us choose the best offer for us. Once the offer was accepted, Gabriella really went to work. She guided us through all the closing steps which allowed for a smooth transaction! We would without a doubt use Gabriella again if the need arises but most importantly we recommend her to any who needs a real estate agent!
