Selling and buying a home in 2022 was the most stressful experience I have gone through in many years. The last time I sold and bought a home was in 1998 - 99 which was a breeze. Susan because of her encouragement, patience and certainly knowledge of all the new governmental rules and regulations didn’t completely remove the stress but certainly did make the entire process more tolerable. Christine was on point from the initial conversation through closing. Her excellent communication during the process made it feel like she didn't just care about the sale of our home, but US as people. She was never too busy to answer questions, was upfront in setting expectations, and worked tirelessly along side of us, rolling up her sleeves and getting to work. Her attitude was both delightful and professional. I remember she said the goal is, "To sell your house in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money." Well we listed the house the day after hurricane Ian and still closed by Oct 30th for the above the amount listed!!! Which just blows us away because the buyers had an FHA loan!!!! Her professionalism and work ethic kept the gears turning toward the goal despite the usual snafus that come from inspections and such. All in all, this is the second home she has helped us sell and Lord willing, not the last. She is forever our family and if there's houses for sale in Heaven, she'll be our realtor there too!!!!

The best experience I could ask for. Joe is the type of person that thinks of the answer to your question before you ask it. Joe made the process of selling my house super simple, and care free. He knew the market in the area, and he even created a report for me to read about the surrounding homes for sale or that were recently sold. This really helped us dial in a proper selling price for our home. He included prices for some upgrades if we wished to include them (painting, small repairs, and touch ups that didn't cost us a lot, and added more value than we spent). His network of professionals gave us insight on different trades to use for all of the home repairs. The prices were very reasonable and the service was top quality. It makes you feel good that everyone in his network has the same goal of helping sell your home, as well as making sure you don't overspend in the process. Joe brought in a professional photographer to really showcase our home's assets, and made sure to share our listing on multiple outlets, so our home was in front of as many people as possible. Overall the experience with Joe was fantastic. He had my house under contract within 6 days of listing it and for the price I wanted. It did not end there. Joe kept me fully in the loop during the closing process, and he personally checked in on the house weekly (even during Hurricane Ian) to let me know if anything was needed. His attention to detail shined when the new owners buyers agent was new to the industry, and he helped guide them in the right direction to keep everything moving along swiftly. Long story short, if you want a real estate agent that adds a personal touch, and that is in tune with the current market, then Joe is your best choice.
