We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Linda was very responsive to our needs, provided valuable guidance & support throughout the sell process. This was our first time in selling a home and she was responsive to our questions & when not available quickly got back to us. After initial interview with us she immediately arranged for a photographer and got the sell information on-line by early afternoon resulting in 3 showings that 1st day. She proved to be a good negotiator with the buyers' rep (even though her agency wasn't the initiator of the sell), advised us on what needed to be addressed on the buyers’ “wish list” and worked well with the inspectors and final requirements for the title company. Linda attended our closing and made sure everything moved as smoothly as possible. Our home sold in 3 days. Yes I would recommend her for your realtor! Maggie G. My husband and I weren’t even in the market of buying or selling our house. We ran across a house we were interested in and gave Kevin a call. The next day he set us up with an appointment to view this house and because we were in the area he showed us other houses as well. We absolutely fell in love with one of the other houses on his list and decided to place an offer contingent that we sell our current house. Kevin was immediately on the task of getting our current house sold. The next day he had a photographer at our house, placed our house on the market, and scheduled viewings and an open house. He was strategic and honest about what we should list our house. Two days after being on the market, we got an offer over asking! Kevin exceeded our expectations. He was amazing to work with.
