Linda was very responsive to our needs, provided valuable guidance & support throughout the sell process. This was our first time in selling a home and she was responsive to our questions & when not available quickly got back to us. After initial interview with us she immediately arranged for a photographer and got the sell information on-line by early afternoon resulting in 3 showings that 1st day. She proved to be a good negotiator with the buyers' rep (even though her agency wasn't the initiator of the sell), advised us on what needed to be addressed on the buyers’ “wish list” and worked well with the inspectors and final requirements for the title company.
