In the past three decades we've bought and sold many houses and John Schott is as good a real estate agent as we've ever seen. In working with him we really felt like we were part of a team. For one thing John has a background in interior design so he gave us tips on how to make the place shine and he also redecorated several rooms himself hauling furniture around and adding accessories. Our house never looked so good! Also anytime we ever had a showing John was there early to make sure everything was immaculate and he showed the interested parties around. He never missed a single showing. Due in part to his efforts we received three bonafide offers for our home in two weeks and we ended up accepting an offer that was above our asking price. John's work was a 10 out of 10. If you ever need a real estate agent to represent you make sure you give him a call.

We met John Schott last year as we were looking to purchase a house that John had listed. Already then we were very impressed by his professionalism knowledge politeness and calm demeanor. As we were contemplating to re-list our house again in the beginning of 2020 (it didn't sell the year prior) John was the first agent that came to mind. We thus met and discussed listing our property for a specific price that we had in mind. John politely declined to serve as the listing agent reasoning that the market was not strong enough to sell the property at this price point. However he left us with the promise to reconsider once he felt confident that the house would sell at our asking price. A few month later John paid us a visit stating that the market was right. We thus listed our house with him in the summer of 2020 and to our surprise sold it for asking price shortly thereafter. John was with us every step of the way his responsiveness reliability resourcefulness and reassurance took a mountain of pressure and stress off our shoulders. His 30 years of experience in the real estate business clearly were a huge advantage and the services that John offered were truly first class. I couldn't recommend Michelle more! We were first time home buyers so we needed a lot of hand holding since we really didn't know what we were doing but Michelle was amazing and so responsive anytime we had any questions. She quickly got a sense of what we were looking for and had no problem showing us as many properties as we needed to see until we found our perfect dream home. Once our offer was accepted Michelle had the resources to recommend the best home inspectors and it was a fairly straight forward process through closing. At the end of the process my fiancé and I felt very confident in our purchase and we couldn't be happier. If you're serious about finding the perfect home and you're nervous like we were contact Michelle you will not be disappointed!
