We first met John three years before we finally decided to put our home on the market. John had been recommended to us by a friend and we are eternally grateful to her for the recommendation. In the early stages John gave us advice on preparing our home for sale. He listened to us patiently as we laid out our plans and then he waited patiently for us to mentally prepare to sell it. Not only did he care about selling our home he ensured that we were ready with another place to live. He ensured that we were happy with our new home he knew this was key to the selling process. Despite the uncertainty we had a lot of laughs along the way as he tried to keep us calm as he told me so many times 'square breathing'. We have bought and sold homes in the past but we have never worked with a realtor as professional as John. We hope we can also keep him as a friend.
