I have worked with Noreen Ryan since May. My house closed in September. It was a totallysuccessful experience from beginning to end.Putting my home on the market was stressful and Noreen actually made it pleasant. She worked very hard with me and helped me understand how to proceed step by step and show the house at its best. I moved to Lexington KY June 12 and it continued to be a seamless process. She helped me with finding the best persons to remove trash clean the house wash the windows etc. until the house sparkled. It was a pleasure to be able to communicate via email and text and phone and was always available to break the process down into a step by step solution right through the real estate lawyer and the transfer of funds when the house sold.I have already given her name to several friends and if there is anything else I can do please let me know.I feel grateful to have partnered with Noreen and Turpin.I am now settled in my apartment in Kentucky and relaxed about the success of the move.Thanks to Noreen and the Turpin staff.Naomi Rose
