Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Debbie has broad knowledge of the greater DC market, which proved incredibly valuable to me as I wavered between buying in several area cities. She listened to my "wants" and ably navigated me to a great new home that checks almost all of them! She is direct with seller agents and did not waste time in any property that she instantly knew was not for me once we walked inside. She also gave me the space to decide without encouraging indecisiveness.
