However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Debra's promptness, diligence, and attention to detail were much appreciated. She was able to quickly schedule a showing around complicated schedules, and her excellent judgment prevented a bidding war. Her eye for detail also made a critical moment in the process (the appraisal) a non-issue by noticing a material error in the appraiser's report that she was quickly able to resolve.
