Brian served as my representative/agent in the purchase and sale of my home in NV. I could not have been happier. Efficient and seamless process. Prior to listing I received comps within a few hours. Met with Brian and professional pictures of the home were taken within 24 hours. The home was listed on a Friday and sold 2 days later on Sunday. All paperwork was handled appropriately every step of the way. Not a hitch in the transaction. All of my preferences and requests were honored. The closing was just as smooth. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. Realtor selection matters! Highly recommend this agent.
