This was our first home purchase so we needed a lot of help, and she was more than happy to pick up the phone the minute we had a question in addition to doing regular check-ins with us. By the end of the process she felt like a friend and even family members would remark "wow, you have a really sharp agent, you are so lucky." Because we worked with two other agents prior, we are able to see the clear difference she offers - she's genuine, honest, and intentional in her work. We thought that we could sell our home on our own. We didn't realize that we were underpricing it! Katie and Adriano explained the dynamic housing market and how their team have multi-state licenses. Although we sold to a local buyer, we were impressed with their broad marketing strategy. We listed the house with them at a corrected price. Even then, all of the incoming offers were well over list price! We navigated through many inspections and negotiations that we realize that we could not have handled on our own. Katie had our back. We highly recommend her and her team. They are smart, experienced and exhibited exemplary follow up. We can't thank them enough; they get five stars or more from us!

Amy was definitely the best realtor to have as a first time homebuyer. She never gave up on helping me find a home even when I was ready to give up myself.
