When you find the impossible a realtor that finds your dream house that checks all the boxes and even extra. Never thought we would have found a house for all my girls to have their own room, an office for my husband, a yard for the dogs, a beautiful neighborhood, and even in the same school district my children were currently enrolled. It seemed to good to be true but we had a realtor who is outstanding in what she does and takes pride in finding the best for the families or clients she works with. Her hard work and dedication helped us get into our home. We were very uneducated in the home buying process but she walked us through step by step, was so informative, honest, so patience, and reassuring. Very professional went above and beyond for us during the whole home buying process. A few houses I thought I could see us in and probably would have bought and could have stopped looking but Summer pointed out things to us I didn’t notice right away. She wanted to find us the right house for our family not just a house that could work for us. I don’t ever plan on leaving this house but if I ever planned on buying another property I wouldn’t do it without her as my realtor I could not be happier with the whole experience and being able to work with Summer. Highly recommend.

After much prayer, my wife and I started researching on YouTube about living in North Carolina. I’m sure you can imagine the amount of relators that have channels on there! But what separated Katie and Adriano was their map that detailed all of the different sections of the state. Through them breaking down the climate and culture in each area, we were able to narrow down which part of the state we wanted to move to. That information was priceless! And they provided it purely for the help of others. They gave us valuable time just to answer our questions and encourage us. These days, when most companies are just out to make money, it is so refreshing to find businesses that still genuinely care for the person. Throughout the entire home buying process Katie had our backs! She made sure that the lender and the lending attorney kept on track the entire time, which led to us being able to close early on our house. Katie and her team are awesome! Highly recommend if you are buying or selling a house!

Top Tier Experience. Nothing compares to the level of attention she dedicates to your home buying journey. She's personable, extremely knowledgeable in so many arenas, thorough in her research, and is a huge advocate for her buyers. She leaves no stone unturned. This was our first home purchase so we needed a lot of help, and she was more than happy to pick up the phone the minute we had a question in addition to doing regular check-ins with us. By the end of the process she felt like a friend and even family members would remark "wow, you have a really sharp agent, you are so lucky." Because we worked with two other agents prior, we are able to see the clear difference she offers - she's genuine, honest, and intentional in her work. She works very hard to negotiate the best deal possible and is extremely transparent about all other details of your home and of the sale. David has made an astounding difference in our home buying and selling, teaching us the process along the way and going above and beyond what I ever would expect. We were treated with the level of respect and care as if we were selling a mansion and that to us speaks volume. Monica was great we had a rough start but she was always there and keep trying to do all she could to help my family find the perfect home but she was great a being quick and very clear with stuff great communication and would always update in how stuff is moving and would give recommendations on certain properties or inspections.
