We were so lucky to have Monica in our corner! We were first time home buyers and the process can be a bit intimidating, but Monica not only made everything seem easy, she was also our biggest fighter. We were put into a situation where we needed a home pretty fast...she said "oh no problem, I can get that done!" We asked a million questions and she gave a million answers. We cannot thank Monica enough...we recommend her to all our friends and family. But if we decided to sell, she will be our first call. 5 STARS. Phenomenal person. Katie helped re-package the home, showed new photos and expanded the reach and we found a buyer very quickly. She even helped us through an unusual negotiation process and we closed with a remote signing!

We found Rachel through Dave Ramsey. We were nervous to sell our mother’s home from out of state and with more repairs than we expected. Rachel was comforting and nonjudgmental as she assessed the home and gave us our options. She was very informative and helpful with resources and her time. We quickly accepted a buyer and she explained every process, every step of the way. We had issues with the buyer’s funding, but Rachel advocated for our right and options. Although it took much longer than expected, we knew we were in good hands and everything ended up working out even better than originally planned. She is so patient and kind. She truly has a heart for her clients and fights for them. We were so blessed with Rachel and would recommend her.

Katie made the process of marketing and selling our property seamless. Every step of the process was communicated in detail. The marketing of the house was done beautifully - included a drone video of the property and detailed pictures of the inside of the house. We felt informed at all times and the communication was with patience as the process and legal language was all new to us. Open house was scheduled proptly as we completed our preparation and the house was sold within a few weeks. Thank you True North. We would recommend you without hesitation.

While researching moving to North Carolina from Massachusetts we found Katie and Adriano’s YouTube channel. Meeting them over zoom there was an instant connection & we wanted them as our realtors. We arranged a four-day trip to view homes and Katie meticulously planned our itinerary. The first days homes were discouraging but Katie was always positive we would find the right house. Day 2 we found our home and Katie arranged for us to see it again the next day, she was just as excited as us!
