I immediately fell in love with the people and surroundings that reminded me of the beautiful area where a large number of my family still live. Currently, when my parenting skills are not in demand, I keep myself busy by volunteering with my large church community and at my church's youth group. I also love finding time to relax and just mow the yard. Seeing a beautifully mown lawn gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

Best Realtor in the Area

Working with Lucas was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor (and sadly we had a few bad experiences with others in the past). If you want someone who is going to fight to get you the best deal, get your inspections done on time and at the best price, and be there for advice when you need it, Lucas is absolutely the right person to work with. Lucas is incredibly responsive, and always got back to us super humanly fast. We were never in the dark, and he went above and beyond to communicate to us, or any additional parties involved, during each stage of the process. We never needed to ask for anything. Lucas would always proactively take action on items without us ever needing to ask him to. He always knew what needed to be done and was a step ahead of everyone during the entire process. Whether we needed to submit documents, get comps to justify our position during negotiations, or get our mortgage company to push our deal over the finish line, we could always count on Lucas to be there working at all hours to make sure we were happy and on track to close. We recommend working with Lucas if you are looking for a top tier realtor.

Our realtor, Allison Waters, was and is a true blessing! As first-time home buyers we had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Allison. Navigating through the process of buying our first home seemed daunting at first, but with her guidance and expertise, she eased our fears and we felt confident. Crystal helped my husband and I buy our first home and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to help us. She responded very fast- even after hours. She gave us her honest opinions on everything we asked and we loved her. The process was super easy and fast. Even left us a nice gift that we really appreciated after the process. THE FINAL JOURNEY HOME

When I began to consider relocating, I was drawn hundreds of miles away, and was still working a full time job. I wondered how it would even be possible to successfully make such a move, so I did the only thing I knew was failproof... I prayed, and I trusted that God would provide! That's when he sent Gina Carr into my life! As my agent, she attended to every need, and every detail (and everyone that knows me also knows that I'm pretty particular!). 😂. But...No matter what I asked, or how many times I reached out to her for answers to my million-and-one questions, Gina would immediately respond. Her diligence, professionalism, and keen market sense guided me perfectly through what seemed to be an overwhelming and daunting task... choosing my next home, and making the "final journey home" (at least my final journey home here in this world). 😇 Gina Carr has truly been a "God-send". Her assistance every step of the way, attending to every single detail throughout the entire process, and doing it so well made the entire experience such a blessing! Excellent Agent!

We relocated to NC from out of state and Mallory was wonderful and excellent at coordinating everything we needed. She helped us identify neighborhoods and properties that were exactly what we were looking for and helped coordinate quotes for services after the closing. That was a tremendous help!
