Hi, I’m Amy Mikeal and as a parent of four I know how important the right environment is for raising a family. It’s my goal as a Realtor to help every family find their perfect place to grow and thrive. I take great pride in not only my real estate knowledge but also my previous experiences in the home appraisal and construction fields. As a young wife and mother I personally supervised the construction of our first family home and that in turn spurred on my passion for reality. I began my journey in the home appraisal field then shifted my focus later on as I grew more interested in other areas including mortgage loan processes. Originally from upstate NY, my family and I moved to the Catawba Valley region when I was in middle school. I immediately fell in love with the people and surroundings that reminded me of the beautiful area where a large number of my family still live. Currently, when my parenting skills are not in demand, I keep myself busy by volunteering with my large church community and at my church's youth group. I also love finding time to relax and just mow the yard. Seeing a beautifully mown lawn gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

Goes the distance, literally!

We purchased an investment property out of town. Not only did Romi drive to the property for us, she took detailed notes so that we wouldn’t miss a beat being a long distance away. We completed everything virtually and even signed virtually. Romi made certain this process ran smoothly. She ran into some issues (on the other parties behalf) and wasn’t afraid to stand up to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She asked all the right questions. She is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She has her contractors license which helped us to trust her with this new construction project. I will always recommend her services and know that she’s the best realtor on the market!

Amazing Realtor Who Truly Goes Above and Beyond!

Our experience with our realtor was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she was always there for us and made the entire home-buying process feel so much easier. Communication was one of the things we appreciated the mos she kept us updated every single day, answered all of our questions, and was always quick to respond whenever we needed her. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we understood every step along the way. We never felt like we were alone in the process. Excellent Real Estate Agent!

Aidan helped my wife and me sell our home in Conover recently. The entire process and transaction went very smoothly. In a very difficult market, Aidan suceeded where two other real estate agents failed to get us an offer or buyer. Within one week of listing our home, we had an offer from a qualifed buyer that we ultimately accepted. The closing process happened without a hitch. Aidan is organized, thorough and has excellent communication skills. He's a "people person" who does not rely on software alone to get the job done. Aidan is from the area and knows the market well. He is highly recommended!
