Victoria and Josh were our selling agents for our house in Spring Hill. Both were very knowledgeable and personable. Victoria mainly dealt with the interactions with the buying agents. However, both took a lot of the stress off us through their frequent communication. Josh and her worked well as a team and always ensured us that they represented ‘us’ during the negotiation process. Marian did a fantastic job. We were passed off to her from a realtor in Jacksonville. We liked her from day 1. Very tenacious and excited to do her job. I can’t count how many houses we got turned down on. Cash offers, no VA, always something to shoot us down. She finally found one that fit all our needs and got us in the door! We looked on our own for awhile and heard from various people that they didn’t trust or like any realtors they met. I guess they never met Marian! Very up front and knowledgeable about her job.
