Just…wow, what an amazing experience Sylvia provided. This was my first time selling a home, but I was never treated like a number. From our first conversation, she assuaged my nerves and helped me understand the process from start to finish. Sylvia always went out of her way to make sure I was looped in and knew next steps. We were referred to Silvia through a realtor friend who doesn’t cover Hernando County as we lived almost 4 hours away. She reached out to us immediately and asked great questions to help her to familiarize herself with our preferences for a new home. We met with her just before the Christmas holiday and she had treats for our dog ready. She took the time to educate herself on each home and neighborhood she took us to see so she was able to give us history on the home and information on the surrounding area.
