We got this home under contract with a pre-occupancy rent period. Not only did Ayesha broker the deal with an iron-clad rental/lease agreement attached to a sales agreement, she went out of her way to enforce rent payments were made on time and in full. For both parties-us as sellers and the buyers-this felt like a high-stakes nerve-jangling agreement, but with the help of Ayesha all our minds were eased and the terms of both contracts were fulfilled on time and as directed. The buyers were extremely happy to occupy early and settle into their new life, and we as sellers were thrilled to have such well-vetted (by Ayesha) buyers who paid the prices we needed to make this deal worthwhile.

Lori was able to get us a house during a pandemic when it really wasn't easy to do anything. Looked at a lot of houses all over the place even put bids in on a few. Luckily none of the other houses we bid on went through, they were OK houses, but really nothing near as good as what we ended up with. We finally ended up with a 1700+ SqFt house on 2.5 acres for under $80,000. It also has a cabin and a barn. Needs a lot of work but it is so much better than the other houses we saw at much higher prices. Really can't imagine wanting anything more.
