Lori was extremely professional and handled the sale of my property as well as looking after it in my absence. Even though the contracts were already signed. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a property. She's my go to realtor.

Selling my property was contignent on the buyers selling their property so Lori had to work extra hard in making all that work out and she did a fantastic job negotiating back and forth until all parties were very happy.

Lori went above and beyond to make the deal close even when she kept getting dealt issues! She was relentless! Worked super hard for us. She even cam with me to the courthouse and Tax collector to help me get it resolved for closing.

Lori was able to get us a house during a pandemic when it really wasn't easy to do anything. Looked at a lot of houses all over the place even put bids in on a few. Luckily none of the other houses we bid on went through, they were OK houses, but really nothing near as good as what we ended up with. We finally ended up with a 1700+ SqFt house on 2.5 acres for under $80,000. It also has a cabin and a barn. Needs a lot of work but it is so much better than the other houses we saw at much higher prices. Really can't imagine wanting anything more.
