Lori was great and worked very hard to sell my property and I could not be happier! I highly recommend Lori for your Real Estate needs. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Lori kept me in the loop through the whole process and I did not have to wonder what was going on. Selling my property was contignent on the buyers selling their property so Lori had to work extra hard in making all that work out and she did a fantastic job negotiating back and forth until all parties were very happy.

I'm from out of the area and was selling my aunt's home as part of her estate. Todd provided support for repairs and improvements needed. He was able to be on-hand at the house for help I needed when I couldn't be there. His knowledge of the area helped price the home for sale in a timely fashion and a fair resolution for the estate and buyer. Our closing had a few bumps based on the estate, his support and presence helped make the closing move along efficiently. In summary, I'm very happy I had Todd as my agent and highly recommend him!
