It was a pleasure to meet with Shanna Grossman to sell our home. She is a true professional, and she was very confident in her ability to sell our home. She took a sincere interest in our property and it was sold quickly for full asking price in less than 30 days. Thank you Shanna! Sincerely, Dave and Theresa Revering

Shanna is an amazing problem solver, tireless worker and tremendous advocate for her clients. Her expertise is invaluable! She worked with my husband and me for over two years to provide candid appraisals, numerous in-person and virtual property tours and assist us through purchase of the right home. We've been engaged with good realtors in several states but no one comes close to Shanna. She is extraordinary! Shanna did time-consuming research for us on several properties, engaged her large network of resources to address unique challenges and willingly dug around in the dirt to answer questions. Shanna has confidence based on competence and will be our Arizona realtor for life.

We would listen to Shanna daily on the radio and without meeting her, felt that we already knew her. She presents herself as a professional, knowledgeable about the Wickenburg market. What we liked the most about working with Shanna is that she's a "straight shooter". Provided us with the facts, and steered us along with the decisions that had to be made. Her team was very helpful as well. If you want to sell your house, you need Shanna and her team to market your property professionally!

My experience with Shanna and Tinzie Realty was perfect from the time I made the initial call to listing, scheduling visits and ultimately closing. The experts that Shanna and her team were evident when Shanna visited us at our home to understand our needs as the seller, understanding that we are not the experts, Shanna made us feel comfortable by detailed communication and professional insight, preparing my family for this massive life event. We are privileged to have shared this life event with the Tinzie Realty Family and encourage you to invite Shanna to your life altering challenge and watch the magic happen. Tinzie Realty, thank you for a perfect real estate experience.
