Shana listened carefully when she ask the important features we were looking for in our forever home. A home we will share our retirement years, with community, well water, a yard to plant in, an entry way and a kitchen worthy of creating memories in. A guest room for company and another room for our office would be nice, someplace to park our 5th wheel and dually behind a gate so if we want to travel, we can at the drop of a hat, ask this with little or no HOA. She found a home that met every request. Thank you so much. Our souls are home.

We were in the market for a new property to build on and we couldn’t find anything on our own. So we let Shanna know exactly what we wanted and she had something for us within a couple hours. And it wasn’t just a building lot, it was a building lot with amazing views that wasn’t even on the market. We always thought we could find what we wanted on Zillow or similar sites on our own , but we were wrong. Come to find out, Shanna knows of a lot of properties that are off the market. Definitely pays to use a an agent. Would highly recommend Shanna and her team!!
