‘Realtor Dave’, as he is known at the gym, is a consummate professional, and also a good friend.

Dave helped us through the selling process from preparing the home before the listing all the way through the closing and beyond. His knowledge of the real estate market was spot on and he was only a text away if we had questions, always responding quickly. He definitely knows his stuff. We highly recommend him to any and all buyers or sellers. In addition, he’s a good guy.

Amazing Realtor

Melissa from start to finish was an excellent agent. I gave her a difficult challenge to find a house in a good area while my own loan is contingent on the sale of a condo with a very high HOA. She found a cash buyer, who wanted to close on short notice, did an amazing job on negotiations to make sure we were offered a fair price, even going as far to get additional quotes from contractors to counter our new buyers offer. Then when almost everything was said and done the day before my closing my bank suddenly wanted a professional appraisal, she managed to find one that same day so would make it to the closing in time. I highly recommend her!

Knowledgeable and Creative

Adeline's experience showed from the listing price being right where we needed it to be , which allowed us to be patient in a slow moving market. We were not pressured to do a price reduction, because she priced the house right form day one. She went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed active and relevant in a time when it seems as if very few houses in the area was selling. It was always service with a smile. I would recommend that if you are considering selling or buying in Virginia, to enlist Adeline as your agent. Thank you for going above and beyond.
