Melissa from start to finish was an excellent agent. I gave her a difficult challenge to find a house in a good area while my own loan is contingent on the sale of a condo with a very high HOA. She found a cash buyer, who wanted to close on short notice, did an amazing job on negotiations to make sure we were offered a fair price, even going as far to get additional quotes from contractors to counter our new buyers offer. Then when almost everything was said and done the day before my closing my bank suddenly wanted a professional appraisal, she managed to find one that same day so would make it to the closing in time. I highly recommend her!

Communication was always open and her knowledge is to be commented. Very patient and addressed all my concerns. If she didn’t have the answer she made sure she was going to do her due diligent to get the answer.
